Under present weather conditions, At 3:00 AM today, the center of Tropical Depression "BISING" was estimated based on all available data at 200 km West Northwest of Calayan, Cagayan (19.7°N, 119.6°E) with maximum sustained winds of 45 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 55 km/h. It is moving Southwestward at 20 km/h. Southwest Monsoon affecting Central and Southern Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.

The 12-hour rainfall forecast is light to moderate rains and thunderstorms.
WATERCOURSES LIKELY TO BE AFFECTED :
+ **Metro Manila** - All rivers and streams in Metro Manila.
People living near the mountain slopes and in the low lying areas of the above mentioned river systems and the **Local Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Councils** concerned still advised to be alert for possible flashfloods.
